Our founder, Ashton Critchley, knows firsthand how challenging it can be to find allergen-friendly desserts. Living with a gluten allergy, she experienced the frustration of limited options in the area. Determined to change that, Ashton set out to craft desserts that cater to a variety of dietary needs without compromising on taste or quality.
